Search your phone or tablet model. The same model can ship in different versions depending on the country and carrier.

Not on the list? How to check

In the phone app, dial *#06# . If a 32-digit EID appears on screen, your device supports eSIM.
In Settings, look for Add eSIM, Add mobile plan or Download SIM.
Make sure the device is carrier unlocked and that the model sold in the region where you bought it supports eSIM.
If you are unsure, type your exact device model into the AI support chat on the home page.
